Bricklayer – Condensation, Mould & Damp Team Location: North Tyneside Salary: £17per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Join our growing Condensation, Mould & Damp team in North Tyneside and help make a real difference to the quality of homes in our community. We’re looking for an experienced Bricklayer to join our repairs and maintenance service — someone who takes pride in their work, delivers great results, and genuinely cares about improving living conditions for residents. What you’ll be doing: Carrying out brickwork and structural repairs across domestic properties Supporting the team in addressing condensation, mould, and damp issues Working safely and efficiently to ensure high-quality, long-lasting repairs Using mobile devices to record work and update job details in real time Providing excellent customer service — homes left clean, safe, and completed to a high standardWhat we’re looking for: NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience) in Bricklaying Proven experience in domestic property repairs or social housing A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team A full UK driving licence (clean) Commitment to delivering great service and workmanshipWhy join us?
